Thursday, I had the opportunity to play a gig for charity.  The Maumee Bay Club of the National Association of Negro Businesswomen and Professionals Club, Inc asked the coverband that I sing with (Tantric Soul) to perform. It was a great time and raised money for a scholarship fund.  I love giving back to worthy causes and feel it a duty and a calling to help leave the world better than I found it by sharing when I can to improve the plight and opportunities of others.  Well, the band showed out!!! Friday and Saturday we played Fat Fish Blue ( Perrysburg) where Aries Spears(HILARIOUS!!!!!!) was the comedian performing in the adjoining comedy club the Funny Bone.  We had a great show and I was blessed to be surrounded by good friends who really enjoyed themselves. The coolest thing about what I get to do is, to be surrounded by talent.  I sing in Tantric Soul with Eric and Kelly Wilson. Vocally, they are incredible!!! When we are in a groove like we were this weekend, the sound just flows.  I absolutely love that.  Went to Church Sunday Morning and praised God for the opportunity and grace to be able to do what He blesses me to do with my voice.  So all in all... it was a VERY Cool Weekend
